Asia Cup 2022 Schedule, Squad With Teams and Venue Details

Asia Cup 2022 Schedule, Squad: The fifteenth version of the Asia Cup Tournament is planned to launch on August 27 with the last match booked to play on September 11.

Initially planned to be held in September 2020, the competition was delayed to July 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic yet the competition was again deferred in June 2021.

While Pakistan held the privileges to have the competition, the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) in October 2021 declared that Sri Lanka would have the competition in 2022, with Pakistan facilitating the 2023 release.

Because of the continuous monetary and political emergency in Sri Lanka, the competition moved to the United Arab Emirates with Sri Lanka Cricket filling in as the competition’s host.

Asia Cup 2022 Teams

UAE, Kuwait, Singapore, and Hong Kong will play a passing round with the champ joining India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh in the fundamental competition.

A sum of 6 groups will take part in the impending Asia Cup 2022. While 5 groups have previously equipped for the competition 1 group from Hong Kong, Kuwait, Singapore, and UAE will qualify and join the other groups.

Asia Cup 2022 Schedule

The primary competition will include six groups isolated into two gatherings. India, Pakistan and the qualifier are in Group some time Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Afghanistan structure Group B. Each group plays inside the gathering once.

The main two groups fit the bill for the Super 4 round where the groups play against one another in association design again before the last where the best two would highlight.
